These terms cover your use of The Warm Flash (thewarmflash.com), which is operated by MLC LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Product information, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general product information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or go out of date, and it can't account for your situation.

Raynaud's phenomenon, frostbite, nerve damage and circulation problems are medical conditions. Nothing here diagnoses or treats them, and heated gear is not a treatment. If your fingers or toes turn white or blue, go numb for long periods, or develop sores, see a doctor. If you have reduced feeling in your hands or feet (for example from diabetes or neuropathy), ask your doctor before using heated gear, because you may not notice if it gets too hot.

Batteries and safety

Heated gear runs on lithium-ion batteries. Follow the maker's instructions for charging, washing and storage. Use the charger and batteries that came with the product, don't use a battery that is damaged, swollen or hot, and stop using any product that overheats or irritates your skin. We aren't responsible for how a product performs or for injury from using it; that is between you and the maker or seller.

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
